Ingredients

raw kohlrabi
, peeled and shredded (grated or sliced very thinly)

carrot
, shredded
1/3
of a large cabbage or Chinese cabbge
, cut into thin strips

mayonnaise
(or yogurt or a mixture)
1-2
Tbs
grapefruit or lime juice

tsp
grapefruit zest
(or lime zest)
salt
, to taste
Instructions
Mix all your ingredients together, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 min (but ideally for a couple of hours).
