Noosa Kohl Slaw

Servings 4 as a side

Ingredients

  • 1/2 raw kohlrabi , peeled and shredded (grated or sliced very thinly)
  • 1 carrot , shredded
  • 1/3 of a large cabbage or Chinese cabbge , cut into thin strips
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (or yogurt or a mixture)
  • 1-2 Tbs grapefruit or lime juice
  • 1 tsp grapefruit zest (or lime zest)
  • salt , to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all your ingredients together, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 min (but ideally for a couple of hours).
