Kohlrabi Al Olio

Ingredients

  • 1 medium kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp . olive oil
  • 1 tbsp . butter
  • 1/2 tbsp . garlic
  • grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate kohlrabi and squeeze liquid out with a towel.
  2. Heat olive oil, butter and garlic in a pan. Add kohlrabi and saute.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Just before finished sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
