Mustard Greens with with Miso Dressing and Edamame

Ingredients
1bunch mustard greens, rinsed and roughly chopped
1large or 2 small red peppers, sliced very thinly
1cupshelled edamame
1/4cupsesame seeds, toasted
Creamy Miso Dressing
3/4cupbrown rice vinegar
5tbspwhite miso
3garlic cloves, minced
3tbsphoney
2 - 4tbspolive oil
Instructions
Remove edamame from plants. Wash, then boil or steam until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove beans from pods. Add the mustard greens, edamame, red pepper and sesame seeds to a medium sized bowl.
Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together until combined. Add to veggies and toss until coated. Serve!
