Simple Kale Chips with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped finely
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pull leafy part of the kale of of the stem, tearing into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the kale, lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. I also like to add a little bit of garlic pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place kale on top "“ trying not to overlap the pieces.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
