Vinaigrette: 1/3 cup cider vinegar, tbsp granulated sugar, tsp ground, toasted cumin, 1/3 cup olive oil

Combine vinegar, sugar, cumin and oil in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add to slaw and toss.

Creamy Dressing: garlic clove, minced, tbsp lime juice, tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp hot red pepper sauce, tbsp granulated sugar, cup mayonnaise (or 1/2 mayo 1/2 yogurt)
