This dressing is delicious with napa cabbage or tokyo bekana as the base green

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup well-shaken buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot or red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions or chives

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients but the green onions together until sugar is dissolved then stir in green onions and toss with your favourite combo of veggies.
