Noosa Kohl Slaw
Servings 4 as a side
Ingredients
- 1/2 raw kohlrabi , peeled and shredded (grated or sliced very thinly)
- 1 carrot , shredded
- 1/3 of a large cabbage or Chinese cabbge , cut into thin strips
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise (or yogurt or a mixture)
- 1-2 Tbs grapefruit or lime juice
- 1 tsp grapefruit zest (or lime zest)
- salt , to taste
Instructions

Mix all your ingredients together, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 min (but ideally for a couple of hours).
