Kohlrabi Al Olio
- 1 medium kohlrabi
- 1 tbsp . olive oil
- 1 tbsp . butter
- 1/2 tbsp . garlic
- grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
- salt , to taste
- pepper , to taste
Grate kohlrabi and squeeze liquid out with a towel.
Heat olive oil, butter and garlic in a pan. Add kohlrabi and saute.
Add salt and pepper.
Just before finished sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
